Aspenkit's MCA Ceremony

Aspenkit was sound asleep one night in camp, her small tail rested gently on the ground. She was dreaming of running through the forest, racing the birds and going past trees and flowers, when all of the sudden, she was stopped by a shimmering feline figure. It was transparent, yet you could see the color of it's fur and eyes clearly. With confusion and awe, Aspenkit stared at it. Was this cat a StarClan cat? She had heard so much about the warrior ancestors that lived in the sky and watched over the living Clan cats. She respectfully dipped her head, "Er, um, hi." She searched for the words to greet this cat.
"Hush young one, it's alright. I'm here to tell you about your future, and to make sure that your future is set on the path that StarClan wanted it to be set on...come." The StarClan cat said. They began through the forest, scattering leaves across the grassy ground. Finally, after hours of running it seemed, they arrived in a hollow. There were flowers scattered around it. It was gorgeous.

"Is this where the medicine cats go to worship StarClan?" Aspenkit asked, tilting her head.
The StarClan cat shook her head, "This is where your ceremony will take place."
Aspenkit tilted her head the other way, wondering what ceremony this cat was speaking of. Suddenly, four other starry figures appeared, surrounding her. In unison, they all began to speak.
"Aspenkit, is it your wish to enter the mysteries of StarClan as a medicine cat?"
Aspenkit quickly nodded, various emotions flooding her head at once, "I do!"
"Warriors of StarClan who have not gathered with us today, we present you with this kit. She has has chosen the path of a medicine cat. Grant her your wisdom and insight so that she may understand your ways and heal her Clan in accordance with your will. Aspenkit, from now on, you will be known as Aspenpaw until you are prepared to receive your full medicine cat name."
With shock, Aspenpaw dipped her head respectfully once again, "No disrespect, but there's no medicine cat yet for me to train under.
One of the cats stepped forwards. A pretty white she-cat with brown patches and amber eyes.
"Yes, my dear, we are aware. I will train you. I was a medicine cat during my time alive in the Clans. My name is Snowlight. I will be considered your mentor until a living medicine cat rises up in your Clan. We will train in your dreams, every night, and I will be present during medicine cat meetings when you and the other cats end up having your dreams. But for now, rest, you have a big day tomorrow..."
Aspenpaw nodded, "Yes, Snowlight. I won't let you or my Clan down!" She said. Her vision was failing, and she shivered a few times, before darkness filled her sight, and she was back asleep.

She awoke abruptly, slowly and quietly slipping out of the nursery. She raced into the unoccupied medicine cat den. Plucking some old leaves out of the mossy nest, she settled down in her new den. Even though she was extremely excited, and a little nervous, darkness overtook her vision once again, and she was asleep once more.
